Woodland Hills was built in 1986 by K. Hovnanian and originally known as Society Hill II. The complex consists of 276 condominium units all of which have use of the inground, outdoor pool, paddle tennis, clubhouse and playgrounds. The monthly maintenance fee includes use of all the facilities, exterior maintenance, garbage pick-up and snow removal. Each unit has its own central air conditioning unit, ample closet space including a walk-in closet, laundry/utility room inside each unit and private patio (first floor locations) or deck (second and third floor locations).
