Initial residences of Rock Creek Crossing were built in 1998. The final phase is currently under construction and expected to be completed in 2001. It is a community of condominiums and townhomes ranging from one bedroom to three bedroom models. Some units offer gas fireplaces. All townhomes have basements. Rock Creek Crossing includes a Community Center, outdoor pool and cabana, health club, two tennis courts and multiple playgrounds. The monthly maintenance fee includes use of all the facilities, exterior maintenance, garbage pick-up and snow removal. Pets are allowed at Rock Creek Crossing.
Rock Creek is conveniently located only minutes from Routes 23 and 287 and nearby Routes 46, 80 and 202. If one prefers, the Boonton Line train stations, located in Mountain View, Wayne or Lincoln Park allows an easy commute to Hoboken and transfer into New York City. Bus transportation is also available. Furthermore, local shopping needs are easily met in the surrounding area while Willowbrook Mall and many other major shopping locations are just a short drive from the community.
