Cambridge Heights on Terrace Lake is poised to become Butler's, as well as Morris County's, most attractive new residential development. The town of Butler is a quaint, well-established 1.8 square mile community characterized by well-kept older homes set back on charming tree-shaded streets.
Butler was first settled in 1690 by the Dutch and was eventually named after a financier, John Butler, who was one of the original
fund-raisers for the assembly
of the Statue of Liberty.
The town is located amongst the rolling hills of the Highland Section of New Jersey that is noted for its many streams and lakes. With a population of over 8,000, Butler offers convenient access to commuting, shopping and houses of worship, but perhaps best of all it offers a beautiful environment in which to live.
This community is immediately adjacent to Route 23 and provides its residents with quick access to Routes 46, 80 and 287.
